GN19系列户内单相高压隔离开关(以下简称隔离开关)配用CS6-1型手力操动机构(以下简称手力机构)或CJ11A-G型免维护电动机构系户内高压电器设备.适用于额定电压10千伏,三相交流50赫兹的网络,作为有电压而无负载的情况下分合电路之用.

GN19 type Single Pole Indoor H.V. Disconnector(Disconnector for short),equip CS6-1 Manual mechanism(Manual operator for short) or CJ11A-G maintenance-free electro-control mechanism, that is indoor high-voltage equipment for 10Kv and 50Hz network. It can be changed and connected for high-voltage line under voltage  and no load conditions.

1.使用环境条件Application Ambient Condition

1.1海拔高度不超过2000 m;

Altitude height is not more than 2000m.

1.2环境温度为-10℃~+40℃

   Environment temperature is from -10℃ to +40℃

1.3相对湿度:日平均值不大于95%,月平均值不大于90%;

   Relative humidity: Daily average ≤95%, Monthly average ≤95%;

饱和水蒸气压:日平均值不大于2.2×10^-3Mpa;

Saturated steam pressure : Daily average ≤2.2×10^-3Mpa

            月平均值不大于1.8×10^-3Mpa;

 Monthly average ≤1.8×10^-3Mpa

1.4 适用于0级、Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级污秽的环境;

Insulator’s pollution level: Normal class is 0, anti-pollution is Ⅰ,Ⅱlevel.

1.5 无频繁剧烈的震动.

Installation place where has no sharp shakes frequently.

3.1隔离开关工作原理Disconnect Working principle

本型隔离开关为单相底架闸刀式开关,如图所示,可分为底架、绝缘子及导电部分,底架由转轴及弯板和角钢焊成的框架组成,底架上固定两个绝缘子,两个组成一极,转轴上装有操作绝缘子,用来操作闸刀分、合闸运动,导电部分由触头、闸刀和触座组成,用弹簧压紧.

This disconnector has single-phase structure, As shown in figure, mainly consists of base, insulators, blades and contacts, base is the framework that consists of shaft , Curved plates, angle steel by welded. Two insulators fix on base, two insulators form a single phase. Operating insulator fixed on shaft that use to operate disconnector open or close action. Conductive part have contacts, blades and touch seat, it is compacted by springs.

 分闸时由操作拐臂带动转轴旋转,使操作绝缘子向上顶着闸刀使闸刀和触头分开,闸刀绕触座旋转,触头也在闸刀的带动下向上移动至分闸位置.

During opening, make operating insulator push switch blade upward, that can separate switch blade and contact, switch blade rotate around touch seat, contact follows blade to move to opening position

 合闸时由操作拐臂带动转轴旋转,使操作绝缘子拉着闸刀向下转动,在和触头向遇后带动触头旋转,一起转至合闸位置. 本型隔离开关用CS6-1手力机构进行操作或CJ11A-G型免维护电动机构可装在隔离开关的左边或右边.
During closing, make operating insulator push switch blade downward, that can connect switch blade and contact, and rotate to close position. This Disconnector equip CS6-1 Manual mechanism(Manual operator for short) or CJ11A-G maintenance-free electro-control mechanism, that can install in the Disconnector right or left side.

4.安装与调整Installment and adjustment

 本系列隔离开关可以水平、垂直或倾斜安装,但安装位置应使触刀打开时趋向下方,安装图附后

This disconnect have parallel, vertical and tilt mounting types, Installation position must make blade opening trend downward, Installation see appended drawings.

4.1开箱后,立即检查产品是否和订货单一致,随即技术文件是否齐全.

Check the packing whether have damaged or abnormal phenomenon. After finish the packing examination, open the packing boxes and take out attached documents. Check the accessories is complete or not (including packing detailed list, product certificate, installation and use manual operation and so on)

4.2安装前应仔细擦拭开关上的尘垢,检查接触表面及端子,并涂上一层工业凡士林.

Befor installion clean the Disconnector, check Contact surface and terminals,the parts with friction and rotation should be scrubbed and smeared the acod-free Vaseline to protect.

4.3隔离开关配用CS6-1操作机构或CJ11A-G型免维护电动机构,亦可配用其它能满足要求的机构.

This Disconnector equip CS6-1 Manual mechanism(Manual operator for short) or CJ11A-G maintenance-free electro-control mechanism, it can equip another suitable mechanism.

4.4隔离开关主轴上有限位止档,在分、合闸位置,止档应和底架接触.

Disconnector spindle has limit stop gear, when in open or close position, stop gear contacts underframe.

4.5安装时,应将接地处(安装孔)擦净,涂上工业凡士林,并妥善的接地.

During installing, clean part of grounding (Mounting holes), smear the acod-free Vaseline to protect, and properly grounding.

4.6隔离开关出厂时已调整好,用户安装时只要保证主轴转角约60°。 分、合闸时,止档应和底架接触;若应更换零部件或其他原因将产品拆开又重新装配时应保证.

It already make adjustment, befor the Disconnector leave factory. User must make certain that Spindle rotation is 60°, during opening or closing, stop gear contacts underframe. Follow such as above all when user change parts of disconnector or other reason.

4.7 隔离开关安装高度一般为2.5~10米(隔离开关转轴至地面的距离),确定隔离开关的安装位置时,须注意隔离开关在分闸和合闸时带电部分对地的距离不低于125(12kV), 200(24kV)毫米.

Disconnect installation height for 2.5~10 meters (disconnector to the ground of the axis of distance),make sure disconnect installation position ,note disconnector in opening and closing the distance to live part to no less than 125(12kv),200(24kv)mm.

5 使用与维护

The use and maintenance

5.1 检查隔离开关和手力机构所需要紧固的零件是否可靠地紧固.

Check the parts needed to tighten of disconnect and manual operator whether reliable fastening .

5.2 检查隔离开关和手力机构的联动工作情况.

Check linkage work of the disconnect and manual operator.

5.3 检查接地是否良好.

Check grounding are in good condition .

5.4 检查完毕,确认没有不正常现象开始投入运行.

After the checking , Make sure no abnormal phenomenon put into operation.

5.5 隔离开关的检修应定期进行,在线路发生短路两三次后亦需进行检修.

 Disconnect the overhaul periodically , two or three times in a circuit after short-circuited overhaul is required .
